Unlike custom engines the hobby engine designs are all made to the same dimensions, using the same materials and
techniques. You can still order custom stands, starting gear, and accessories with them, or custom modifications to any
of the hobby engines, such as brackets, pressure tap tubes etc.
We are now using 321 grade titanium stabilized stainless steel for all engines. The hobby engines are made with a 20 gauge
wall thickness, which keeps them light, but still very strong and able to handle long static test runs.
Each engine is entirely TIG welded for solid leak free weld seams. You may have seen spot welded engines on ebay, if
you were unfortunate enough to purchase one you know that spot welds should never be used for anything that
experiences high temperatures or has to hold compression!
Each engine comes with a CM-6 size spark plug, stainless fuel injector line set up to run off of propane, and a copy of
the Pulsejet CD full of tons of plans, pictures, tutorial videos, and documents about the engines.
Because each engine is made with the same tools, forms, and welding jigs, each engine will be sure to run exactly like it
is supposed to, and are available as shiny new un-run engines. And because valveless pulsejets have no moving parts
to wear out, the engine will run the same over their entire life.
Our engines are competitively priced to help prevent people from buying spot welded junk engines, and are the most
affordable way to get into hobby jet propulsion with a high quality engine.

Pulsejet Thrust Augmenters Price Varies By Size
Thrust augmenters are specially shaped ducts that you put behind the exhaust
nozzle of a pulsejet in order to produce extra thrust with no additional fuel
consumption.
They harness energy from the exhaust gas and convert it into additional thrust.
Thrust can be increased typically from 50-80% depending on size and style.
Augmenters can be made for any of our production engines or other existing
engines like the Dynajet or Tigerjet!

cost effectively machine one at a time for custom orders. Once we are set up to produce batches of these engines, we will keep them
as a stock item, but for the moment they are far too labor intensive, and the tooling costs to 'mass produce' them is just too high for the
current level of demand.
The hobby valved engines are based off the famous Dynajet. With many advanced features our valved engines can put out over 5lbs thrust compared to a stock Dynajet's 4.25
lbs, for the same size. They can also be used with our thrust augmenters to increase the because it cools the incoming air, keeping the valves ice cold, and prolonging their
lifespan.
Each of the engine packs comes with the following:

4 different size fuel metering nozzles to tune the engine
3 petal valves
Sport Trainer Model:
Heavy duty tail pipe with light weight valve head with no fins, great for long static tests or for jet trainers.
Classic Sport Jet:

The valve heads are lathe polished aluminum, silver finish, they can be anodized to almost any color, for $10 extra.

on developing our own affordable ignition system specifically for pulsejets.
