News Update: June 17 2010
The past few months have been extremely difficult between all the computer problems, equipment failures, component availability issues, health
problems, etc. If it could go wrong, it did, and then some.
We are working on streamlining the product line, and trying to make orders easier to process on our end. We will be focusing hobby engine production
on the Thermo valveless engines, and FWE engine types, all other types will be custom order only. We hope this will eliminate any potential material
supply issues, by having more of the most popular engines in stock at any one time, giving us more of a buffer against order delays of aerospace
grade metals and welding supplies, which can take a month or more to be delivered.
Fuel hoses and ignition systems will now only be for large orders, finished 'push button' industrial items, etc. Unfortunately we have to pay retail prices
for the components, plus shipping, which leads to very high finished item material costs. Unless we charge what we feel is way too much for the finished
items, there is no profit, or in some cases a loss, for providing these items, with significantly more work on our part. Not to mention we lose a large % if
the order was paid for by credit card, especially with international orders, making it difficult for us to provide them for hobby engine orders, when the
customer can purchase them from the same places and assemble them on their own, avoiding multiple shipping, and compounding expenses.
Also next week the new Pulsejet Plans DVD's will be available for purchase, tons of new content, new engine designs, and hours of tutorial videos and
exclusive content.
May 2 2010:
We are currently working to ship all orders. Due to complete failure of our computers, and web host server problems, we will be overhauling our entire
system from the ground up and switching the site to a new server, with a new email system. In the mean time you can contact us at
BeckTechnologiesLLC@gmail.com we hope to have all issues resolved soon.
If you need to get ahold of us the best way is to call the number on your invoice, or email the above address if you.
We will not be taking new international orders for a short time until things are resolved.

April 10 2010:
We are in the process of recovering from some rather extensive computer problems, one of our computers was completely fried by a power surge while
plugging it in, leaving us only with our main computer, which seems to have spontaneously changed its login password (virus?), and we had to
essentially hack into our own system. Thank you Windows. We will be trying to catch up on any missed email's etc.
We are also working on new products, ranging from affordable hobby bench top thrust stands, to our own affordable ignition systems. We also are now
offering simple, affordable, liquid fuel systems for all engines, valved or valveless.
We have tons of info, pictures, video, and new products to add to the site, but unfortunately little time to actually do all the site maintenance involved.
March 4 2010:
All engines will now be made from at least 321 grade stainless steel by default, we will no longer be using 304 since our regional supplier is charging
more for 304 than we can get 321 for, from another mill.
If you have ordered from us in the past month or two, your engine is 321 grade titanium stabilized stainless steel.
Feb. 18 2010:
We have moved to our new workshop location, and have most of the essential equipment moved in and set up. Unfortunately the utility companies
have taken an extremely long time to get everything hooked up, and the DSL internet connection that was supposed to be working a week ago is still
not even connected.
We are also getting quite a bit of snow... It may be a while yet before we can respond to emails quickly. Our file system is still in chaos, if you can not
get through to us by email please call the phone number on your invoice.
The forum is up and running again, with several minor feature changes, to reduce security holes that could allow the forum to be knocked offline in the
future. We will be making several new international order policies to help prevent shipping problems and expedite the order process.
