| How To Order |

To order, send us an email to the address shown below with the following information:
1) Make sure the email subject is Pulsejet Order Request, blank subject line may result in a blocked message.
Make sure all subsequent replies also have a title message!
2) List the items and quantity you would like to purchase, noting any special features or substitutions required.
3) List your COMPLETE shipping address including country, so we can get you an accurate shipping quote.
4) Specify which method you would prefer to pay by (choose: Credit / Debit Card, Check, or Bank or Postal money order)
Once we receive your order request we will confirm the availability of the products requested, check to see any size / weight limits to your shipping
location, and send you a reply with the price breakdown, subtotal, and shipping.
Once you approve the price and shipping, we can either send you a credit / debit card invoice which you can pay online, or send you a printable
order slip, which can be mailed in with your payment. Once we receive payment we will send you an order confirmation message. We only accept
payments by mail in the USA. We will not accept western union money orders under any condition, it typically takes hours fighting with
the local western union location, and numerous calls to corporate headquarters in order for them to realize they are obligated to
cash it.
Pulsejet engines are not toys, you must be 18 or have a parent / guardian purchase engines, and ignition systems. If you
are under 18 you need to have your parent / guardian do ALL of the contacting and ordering process, not just pay for the
item. Misrepresentation will result in your order being canceled or froze. We will not ship items to any country that the USA
has technology embargo's or restrictions against, and we reserve the right to deny your order request for any reason.
If paying by check, your order will ship after the funds have cleared.
Shipping
Domestic USA Shipping will be by USPS priority mail, or UPS ground depending on size and weight. Oversize / heavy custom items can be shipped
by freight. We also can send certain items overnight express if all items are in stock.
International shipping will be by USPS air mail, or USPS Global Express, shipping size limitations vary by country.
If there is a problem with your order, do not wait several months to tell us that you have not received your items! There are occasionally delays with
customs or other problems that are harder to resolve the longer you wait.
